Domestic Orders (US)Standard Shipping :
HerBKC offers free FedEx 2Day® shipping for standard US domestic shipments valued $5000 or more. For shipments valued less than $5000, a small shipping fee based on your area applies.
Standard shipping includes insurance, signature confirmation, and high-quality packaging. All items are shipped within 1-2 business day from the receipt of payment. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except for holidays).
International Shipping:
International shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days to arrive from the order date. We ship internationally with FedEx, or on occasion with DHL or UPS, depending on location. The shipping fee for all international orders is typically $55-$99. We do not cover any import duties, goods, and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), customs fees, and any other tax on top of the purchase price.
Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance. All shipments are tracked.
Shipping Schedule
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that HerBKC will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Order Changes
HerBKC is unable to make changes to an order once the tracking has been assigned. We make every attempt to accommodate special requests for shipping, but it is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand the shipping procedures involved.

At this time we can only cancel orders placed within the first hour of purchase against a 3% fee.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the current tax rate for the zip code displayed on your shipping address.
As of now REDELUXE is legally obligated to charge sales tax to California, New York, and Texas.
All sales are considered final. HerBKC will facilitate no returns or exchanges of completed purchases.
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the customer shall be solely responsible to file the claim with the shipping company. You may always reach out to HerBKC for help with claims and customs, but the responsibility for filing the claim remains on the customer.
Although HerBKC is committed to helping customers at every step of the process, we are not responsible for packages lost during transit, nor for any weather-related damage or delays. Further, we are not responsible for shipments ordered to forwarding addresses, regardless of the shipping service used; the buyer that places an order and provides a forwarding address is solely responsible for contacting the forwarding service and locating the shipment. We recommend customers to purchase shipping insurance for your protection.
HerBKC will ship the bag to the address on file only. The buyer agrees in selecting the correct address BEFORE making the payment.
